No financial data leaves your browser.
iWealth was built so the simplest, calmest answer to ‘where is my data?’ is: still on your device. This page walks through exactly what that means, in plain language.
The intake form runs entirely on your device. The numbers you enter — income, savings, debt, housing costs, net worth — are never transmitted to an iWealth server. We have no logins, no accounts, and no bank connections, so there is no place for that data to land.
To keep the check-up usable across reloads, your inputs may be saved to your browser's local storage (the same place your bookmarks and site settings live). That data is readable only by iWealth.info, on your device, in your browser. It stays there until you clear it.
We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read and where the tool gets stuck. This is aggregate data — page views, referrers, country, device type — not who you are or what you entered.
We also use Vercel, our hosting provider, which records standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) for security and performance. These logs are retained for a short period and never linked to anything you typed.
We use the minimum technical cookies needed to remember UI preferences (such as whether you've dismissed a hint). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tags.
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update the Last updated date at the top of this page and call out the change clearly on the home page. We won't quietly broaden what we collect.
